 We use an effective two step process in all our cleaning work:
Pre-Treatment
First, we apply a mild solution to area to be cleaned and allow it to dwell for about 20 minutes. This pre-treatment loosens accumulated soil, grease and contaminants and prepares the surface for our cleaning process.
Turbo Pressure Wash
We use a pressure washing system designed specifically for tile and grout, acrylic, natural stone and epoxy surfaces. Our cleaning process power washes the floor to extract soil and grease from the pores of the surface. The system generates water pressure from 250 to 1,200 P.S.I. and water temperature up to 240 degrees to soften and extract years of buildup.
The floor tool connects to a powerful vacuum hose, which sucks the cleaning disk to the floor and confines the water spray inside the 16 inch disk. There is virtually no splash to worry about. The vacuum hose draws away the water, along with the dirt to a containment tank, where we can then dispose of the waste. You will find that our cleaning process restores the tile and grout to 85 to 90 percent of its original appearance. Some stains, (red wine, mustard, dye etc) may not come out because they dye the grout. Our combination of cleaners, heat, water pressure and vacuum will remove most if not all stains. We cannot guarantee full stain removal.
